Mental Health Evaluations
Upon request one of our licensed professionals will provide an individualized mental health evaluation and report.
School Based Services
We work in a number of schools in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area providing services to students and their families in an effort to enhance their educational experience and improve the opportunity for success and high school graduation. We provide services to all grade levels beginning with pre-K through high school. These services are designed to meet individual needs of students and families.
Head Start/Early Head Start Services
We provide individual, group, family and rehabilitative services to head start and early head start children and their families in numerous locations including Moore, Norman, Noble and Little Axe.
Children & Adolescent Services
Our professionally trained staff provides individualized evaluation and treatment to children and adolescents with serious social, emotional and behavioral issues. We are committed to providing culturally-sensitive programs and services while promoting the emotional well being of children & families by providing professional counseling and treatment services in child friendly environments. We believe our track record in service to children in adolescents is diverse in populations and levels of care sets the standard for innovation and professionalism.
A professional who is cross-trained will provide services for individuals exhibiting symptoms of both mental illness and addiction issues. Individual, group, gender-specific and holistic approaches are utilized to engage the client for the best possible treatment outcome.
Case Management & Referral Services
We provide assistance with basic needs, crisis management, advocacy and linkage to community resources to our clients as well as seamless referral process when are unable to meet an individual’s needs.
Juvenile Detention Services
We have staff who specialize in geriatric services including Grandparent raising Grandchildren, transitioning to retirement, loss of spouse and traditional individual, family and group services.
Parenting Skills Classes
We offer a sixteen- week curriculum approved by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. Each session is one hour long and designed
Trauma Focused Therapy (TF-CBT)
We offer an evidenced based treatment shown to help children, adolescents and their caretakers overcome trauma-related difficulties. It is designed to reduce negative emotional and behavior responses following child sexual abuse and other traumatic events. We also offer this service for adults as well.
Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
We offer this empirically supported treatment for young children that places the emphasis on improving the quality of the parent-child relationship and changing parent-child interaction patterns. In PCIT, parents are taught specific skills to establish a nurturing and secure relationship with their child while increasing their child’s prosocial behavior and decreasing negative behavior. We are also a training site for PCIT to professionals.
All of our assessors are Oklahoma ADSAC credentialed and we meet all of the requirements of the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and substance Abuse Services. Appointments for assessments are scheduled by appointment and are done in a confidential environment.

Continuing Education Opportunities
We sponsor unique CEU opportunities for LPC, LCSW, LADC, LMFT on a monthly basis. We also on occasion host opportunities for school personnel, direct care staff and other professionals.

We remain on the forefront on ideas on sustainable and responsible best practices in our profession. We have a wide range of prepared topics and trainings and can tailor design to your groups needs.
Employee Assistance Plans
For companies we offer a confidential counseling and referral service to assist their employees in dealing with problems and improve job performance. We also provide on-site educational seminars, training and follow-up. Our program is also designed to assist your business with Critical Incident Stress Management. Our team of trained professionals provides debriefing and works with management to identify post traumatic stresses of those who may need further counseling.
For individuals we offer assessment, counseling, and linkage to community resources as well as Critical Incident Stress Management services for employees, who have encountered a traumatic incident.
Our services are certified by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance abuse Services. We currently offer assessments, individual, group and family therapy, educational classes and relapse and prevention services for both teens and adults.
Batterer’s Intervention Program
Our program is certified by the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office. We offer numerous class opportunities for the 52-week court ordered program.
Anger Management Classes
Our professionally trained staff offer an individual assessment and a twelve week group curriculum.
CommunityWorks operates under contract with the Office of Juvenile Affairs a Level E, 12-bed group home for boys ages 9-14. Housed in Spencer, OK, juveniles housed at Spencer House are provided a variety of services, including individual, family and group counseling and behavioral health rehabilitation services. Instead of receiving education in the residential setting, residents of this program receive education at Rogers Middle School in their own classroom. This program is housed in a large home on nine and one half acres in the city limits of Spencer, Oklahoma. We utilize the large property for mainly outdoor activities and therapies for the residents.
